Privacy policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use cliffhangerstudios.in and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- When you send a brief, the details you type into the form: your name, email, company or channel, budget range, region, the services you’re interested in and your message.
- The page you sent it from, so we know which part of the site you were reading.
We don’t use advertising trackers, we don’t sell your information and we don’t set cookies for marketing.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, scope and quote your project, and keep a record of the conversation. Our lawful basis under the UK and EU GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account and delivered to our inbox by Google, which acts as our processor. Google may process data outside your country under its standard contractual clauses. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, then delete them unless we’re working together.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the UK and EU (GDPR), California and other US states, and Australia (Privacy Act 1988), you can ask us to access, correct, delete or stop using your information, and you can complain to your local regulator. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
